Exclusions –

• Second–Sleeper Class (Non‑AC) train fare

• Anything not explicitly listed in the inclusions.
• Additional sightseeing, site visits, or vehicle usage beyond the defined itinerary.
• Entrance fees and guide charges at monuments, parks, shows, safaris, boat rides, etc.
• Costs incurred due to weather delays, landslides, political unrest, strikes, etc.
• Personal expenses, including laundry, phone calls, bottled water, and soft/hard drinks.
• Porterage charges for excess baggage.
• Tips and gratuities for drivers, guides, and hotel staff.
• Additional room charges such as early check-in, late check-out, or heaters in hilly regions.
• Expenses related to camera/video permits.
• Travel insurance coverage.
• Anything explicitly marked as “optional” in the itinerary.

Terms and Conditions – TRC Tours & Travels

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• EMI Option Available: Passengers must pay an advance of ₹3,000 (Three thousand rupees only) to book their seat. 50% of the remaining amount must be paid within 15 days of booking. The full remaining amount must be paid at least 25 days before the trip.
• Payment Methods: Accepted modes include Cash, Account Payee Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, Demand Draft, Google Pay, Paytm, and other digital payment methods.
• Seat Allocation: Seats will be allocated based on advance booking.
• Single Room Accommodation: Passengers wishing to stay in a single room must pay the full double room price (subject to availability).
• Photo ID: As per government rules, passengers must carry their original photo ID card.
• Responsibility Disclaimer: TRC Tours & Travels is not responsible for any personal property loss or damage.
• Baggage: Passengers are allowed one 22” suitcase and one handbag. Porter charges (if required) must be borne by the passenger.
• Changes to Itinerary: Itinerary may change due to weather, vehicle availability, political issues, etc. TRC Tours & Travels is not liable for such changes.
• Increase in Transport Costs: If transportation charges increase after booking, the difference must be borne by the passenger.
• Accidents & Unforeseen Events: The agency is not responsible for any life or property loss due to accidents, theft, robbery, or other unforeseen events.
• Personal Medicines: Passengers must bring their own necessary medications.
• Adventure Activities: Adventure activities are undertaken entirely at the passenger’s own risk.
• Drinking Water: Drinking water will be provided in hotels and during meals outside. Passengers may carry or buy their own if needed.
• Policy Revisions: The agency reserves the right to change or revise these terms if necessary.

2. Payment Methods

Cash / Account Payee Cheque / NEFT / RTGS / Demand Draft / Google Pay / Paytm / Other Digital Payment Options

3. Booking & Payment Process

• Booking: ₹3,000 (Three thousand rupees only) as advance payment is required to confirm the seat.
• Advance Payment: 50% of the remaining amount must be paid within 15 days of booking.
• Full Payment: Entire remaining amount must be paid at least 25 days before the trip.
• Payment Options: Any of the above-mentioned payment methods may be used.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Baggage: Only one 22” suitcase and one handbag allowed. Porter charges apply for extra baggage.
• Medication: Passengers must carry necessary medications.
• Compliance: Passengers must comply with all company terms and conditions.

5. Company Responsibilities

• Transport: The agency will arrange the designated transport for passengers.
• Hotel Accommodation: The agency will provide designated hotel arrangements for passengers.

6. Terms Modification

• The agency reserves the right to change or revise terms as needed. Passengers will be informed of such changes.

These terms are designed for the safety and convenience of passengers. All passengers are requested to abide by them.

???? TRC Tours & Travels – Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Request Process:

• Passengers must submit a cancellation request with bills either in person at the office or by email (only from the registered email ID used at booking) with scanned copies of bills. Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.

3. Cancellation by the Company:

If the company cancels the tour for any reason, the full advance amount will be refunded without any penalty or compensation.

4. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

In case of strike, natural calamity, train cancellation, etc., 25% of the tour cost (excluding train/air tickets) will be refunded.

5. Train/Air Ticket Cancellation:

Refunds for train or airline tickets will be processed as per the respective organization’s policy. TRC Tours & Travels is not responsible for such refunds.

6. No Refund for Unused Portions:

No refunds will be given for unused portions of the tour (e.g., due to illness or other reasons).

7. Timely Presence at Station/Airport/Bus Stand:

If a passenger fails to arrive on time at the station/airport/bus stand, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed. They must join from the next point at their own expense.

8. Full Payment Not Made:

If full payment is not made within 10 days of travel, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

Compliance with this policy is mandatory during booking, travel, and cancellation. Any exceptions or changes require company approval.

ভ্রমণ সংস্থার শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা

১. বুকিং ও পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী

• ইএমআই সুবিধা উপলব্ধ: যাত্রীদের আসন বুকিং করতে হবে ₹৩,০০০ (তিন হাজার টাকা মাত্র) অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করে। বুকিংয়ের ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে বাকি অর্ধেক টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে। ভ্রমণের ২৫ দিনের মধ্যে পুরো বাকি টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
• পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম: নগদ, অ্যাকাউন্ট পেই চেক, NEFT, RTGS, ডিমান্ড ড্রাফট, গুগল পে, Paytm ইত্যাদি মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য। পেমেন্টের বিস্তারিত নিচে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
• বাসের সিট বরাদ্দ: আসন বরাদ্দ অগ্রিম বুকিংয়ের ভিত্তিতে হবে।
• একক কক্ষের ক্ষেত্রে: একক কক্ষে অবস্থান করতে চাইলে যাত্রীকে ডাবল রুমের পুরো মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে, রুমের প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে।
• ফটো আইডি কার্ড: সরকারী নিয়ম অনুযায়ী, যাত্রীদের আসল ফটো আইডি কার্ড সঙ্গে আনতে হবে।
• দায়িত্ব: TRC ট্যুরস অ্যান্ড ট্রাভেলস যাত্রীদের কোন ব্যক্তিগত সম্পত্তির ক্ষতি বা হারানোর জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
• ব্যাগেজ: যাত্রীদের একটিমাত্র ২২” স্যুটকেস ও একটি হ্যান্ডব্যাগ সঙ্গে আনতে হবে। প্রয়োজনে পোর্টার চার্জ যাত্রীদের বহন করতে হবে।
• ভ্রমণ পরিকল্পনা পরিবর্তন: ভ্রমণ পরিকল্পনা আবহাওয়া, যানবাহনের প্রাপ্যতা, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি ইত্যাদির কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। TRC ট্যুরস অ্যান্ড ট্রাভেলস এই পরিবর্তনের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
• পরিবহন খরচ বৃদ্ধি: বুকিংয়ের পর পরিবহন খরচ বৃদ্ধি হলে, তার পার্থক্য যাত্রীকে বহন করতে হবে।
• দুর্ঘটনা ও অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনা: দুর্ঘটনা, চুরি,  ডাকাতি বা অন্য কোন অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনার কারণে যাত্রীদের জীবন বা সম্পত্তির ক্ষতির জন্য TRC ট্যুরস অ্যান্ড ট্রাভেলস দায়ী থাকবে না।
• ব্যক্তিগত ওষুধ: যাত্রীদের নিজেদের প্রয়োজনীয় ওষুধ সঙ্গে আনতে হবে।
• অ্যাডভেঞ্চার কার্যক্রম: অ্যাডভেঞ্চার কার্যক্রম সম্পূর্ণরূপে যাত্রীর নিজ দায়িত্বে।
• পানীয় জল: হোটেলে পানীয় জল সরবরাহ থাকবে। হোটেলের বাইরে খাবারের সময় পানীয় জল সরবরাহ করা হবে। প্রয়োজনে যাত্রীদের নিজেদের পানীয় জল সঙ্গে আনতে বা কিনতে হবে।
• শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন: সংস্থা প্রয়োজনে এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

২. পেমেন্টের মাধ্যমসমূহ

• নগদ/অ্যাকাউন্ট পেই চেক/NEFT / RTGS/ডিমান্ড ড্রাফট/গুগল পে/Paytm/অন্যান্য ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম

৩. বুকিং ও পেমেন্টের প্রক্রিয়া

1. বুকিং: যাত্রীদের আসন বুকিং করতে হবে ₹৩,০০০ (তিন হাজার টাকা মাত্র) অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করে।
2. অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট: বুকিংয়ের ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে বাকি অর্ধেক টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
3. পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট: ভ্রমণের ২৫ দিনের মধ্যে পুরো বাকি টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
4. পেমেন্টের মাধ্যম: উপরে উল্লেখিত যে কোন পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম ব্যবহার করে পেমেন্ট করা যাবে।

৪. যাত্রীদের দায়িত্ব

• ব্যাগেজ: যাত্রীদের একটিমাত্র ২২” স্যুটকেস ও একটি হ্যান্ডব্যাগ সঙ্গে আনতে হবে। অতিরিক্ত ব্যাগেজের জন্য পোর্টার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
• ওষুধ: যাত্রীদের নিজেদের প্রয়োজনীয় ওষুধ সঙ্গে আনতে হবে।
• শর্তাবলী মেনে চলা: যাত্রীদের সংস্থার সকল শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে হবে।

৫. সংস্থার দায়িত্ব

• পরিবহন ব্যবস্থা: সংস্থা যাত্রীদের জন্য নির্ধারিত পরিবহন ব্যবস্থা করবে।
• হোটেল ব্যবস্থা: সংস্থা যাত্রীদের জন্য নির্ধারিত হোটেল ব্যবস্থা করবে।
• গাইড ও সহায়তা: সংস্থা যাত্রীদের জন্য গাইড ও অন্যান্য সহায়তা প্রদান করবে।

৬. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন

সংস্থা প্রয়োজনে এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। যাত্রীদের এই পরিবর্তন সম্পর্কে অবহিত করা হবে।

এই শর্তাবলী যাত্রীদের সুরক্ষা ও সুবিধার জন্য প্রণীত হয়েছে। যাত্রীদের সকল শর্তাবলী মেনে চলার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে

???? TRC Tours & Travels – বাতিলকরণ নীতি

১. বাতিলকরণের জন্য আবেদন পদ্ধতি:

• যাত্রীদের বাতিলকরণের জন্য বিলসহ আবেদনপত্র সরাসরি অফিসে জমা দিতে হবে অথবা বুকিংয়ের সময় নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল আইডি থেকে স্ক্যানকপি সংযুক্ত করে ইমেইলে পাঠাতে হবে। ফোনের মাধ্যমে বাতিলকরণ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

২. বাতিলকরণের চার্জ:

৩. কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে বাতিলকরণ:

• যদি কোম্পানি কোনো কারণে ট্যুর বাতিল করে, তাহলে যাত্রীদের পূর্ণ অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে, কোনো জরিমানা বা ক্ষতিপূরণ ছাড়াই।

৪. অনিবার্য কারণে বাতিলকরণ:

• স্ট্রাইক, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ,  ট্রেন বাতিল ইত্যাদি অনিবার্য কারণে ট্যুর বাতিল হলে যাত্রীদের ট্যুর খরচের ২৫% (ট্রেন/এয়ার টিকিট বাদে) ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

৫. ট্রেন/এয়ার টিকিটের বাতিলকরণ:

• ট্রেন বা এয়ারলাইন্সের টিকিট বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে, সংশ্লিষ্ট সংস্থার নিয়ম অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড প্রাপ্ত হবে। TRC Tours & Travels বাতিলকৃত টিকিটের রিফান্ডের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

৬. অপ্রয়োজনীয় অংশের জন্য রিফান্ড:

• কোনো কারণে ট্যুরের কোনো অংশ (যেমন অসুস্থতা বা অন্য কোনো কারণে) বাদ পড়লে,  সেই অংশের জন্য কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।

৭. স্টেশন/এয়ারপোর্ট/বাস স্ট্যান্ডে সময়মতো উপস্থিতি:

• নির্ধারিত সময়ের আগে স্টেশন/এয়ারপোর্ট/বাস স্ট্যান্ডে উপস্থিত না হলে,  কোনো রিফান্ড বা রি-স্কিডিউল গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না। যাত্রীদের পরবর্তী স্টেশন থেকে যোগদান করতে হবে, নিজের খরচে।

৮. পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান না করা:

• যদি যাত্রার ১০ দিনের মধ্যে পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান না করা হয়,  তাহলে বুকিং বাতিল হিসেবে গণ্য হবে এবং কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।

যাত্রার পরিকল্পনা, বুকিং ও বাতিলকরণের সময় এই নীতিমালা মেনে চলা আবশ্যক। কোনো পরিবর্তন বা ব্যতিক্রমের জন্য কোম্পানির অনুমতি প্রয়োজন।
