🛑 TRC Tours & Travels – Cancellation Policy

3. Cancellation by the Company:
If the company cancels the tour for any reason, the full advance amount will be refunded without any penalty or compensation.
4. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
In case of strike, natural calamity, train cancellation, etc., 25% of the tour cost (excluding train/air tickets) will be refunded.
5. Train/Air Ticket Cancellation:
Refunds for train or airline tickets will be processed as per the respective organization’s policy. TRC Tours & Travels is not responsible for such refunds.
6. No Refund for Unused Portions:
No refunds will be given for unused portions of the tour (e.g., due to illness or other reasons).
7. Timely Presence at Station/Airport/Bus Stand:
If a passenger fails to arrive on time at the station/airport/bus stand, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed. They must join from the next point at their own expense.
8. Full Payment Not Made:
If full payment is not made within 10 days of travel, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
Compliance with this policy is mandatory during booking, travel, and cancellation. Any exceptions or changes require company approval.

• Entrance fees and guide charges at monuments, parks, shows, safaris, boat rides, etc.
• Costs incurred due to weather delays, landslides, political unrest, strikes, etc.
• Personal expenses, including laundry, phone calls, bottled water, and soft/hard drinks.
• Porterage charges for excess baggage.
• Tips and gratuities for drivers, guides, and hotel staff.
• Additional room charges such as early check-in, late check-out, or heaters in hilly regions.
• Expenses related to camera/video permits.
• Travel insurance coverage.
• Anything explicitly marked as “optional” in the itinerary.
