Exclusions –

• Adventure activities, clubs, monuments, and garden entry fees*.
• Second Sleeper Class Non-AC Train Ticket
• Laundry Expenses or Dry-cleaning expenses.
• Anything not mentioned in the Inclusion. All items of Personal nature. 
• Food in Train.

Terms & Conditions:

• EMI facilities Available. Passengers should book their seats by paying Rs.3000/-(Three Thousand Only) and clear at least half of the remaining payment within 15 days of booking. The remaining amount needs to be cleared before 25 days of journey.
• We accept payment through Cash/Account Payee Cheque/NEFT/RTGS/Demand Draft/Google Pay/ Paytm/etc. The details of the payment mode is given below. *
• The seat arrangement in the bus will be according to advance seat reservation.
• The passenger will have to pay the full price of the double bedroom in case of single occupancy subject to availability Room.
• As per Govt. Rules, passengers travelling with us are requested to carry ORIGINAL PHOTO IDENTITY CARD with him/her.
• TRC Tours & Travels accepts no responsibilities for loss or damages to any belongings of the passengers.
• Please carry one 22” suitcase & one handbag only while on tour. Porter Charges if required need to be borne by the traveller.
• Tour programme may change/alter/vary/extend or get cancelled due to multiple reasons. TRC Tours & Travels will not be liable for the same.
• If there is any change of transportation cost after the booking, the difference of the same needs to be borne by the passenger.
• TRC Tours & Travels will not be liable for any loss/damage of life of the passenger by accident, theft, robbery, or any other unwanted happenings during the tour.
• Passengers need to carry their own luggage or should pay for porter charges wherever applicable
• Passengers are requested to carry their own medicine
• Adventures activities are at customer’s own risk.
• Drinking Water will be always available in hotel. Supply of Drinking water outside hotel will be only during serving of food outside hotel. It is advisable to carry or buy drinking water as per requirement.
• The company reserves the right to delete, change or modify the Rules as and when necessary.

Cancellation Policy

1. Passengers will have to submit the bills with his or her letter in person or may email from their own email id which was registered at the time of booking and need to send the scan copy of bills as attachment. Telephonic Confirmation will NOT be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation charges:

• 25% amount of the tour price excluding Train/Air tickets will be deducted if cancelled before 60 days of the commencement of the Tour.
• 40% amount of the tour price excluding Train/Air tickets will be deducted if cancelled before 50 days of the commencement of the Tour.
• 50% amount of the tour price excluding Train/Air tickets will be deducted if cancelled before 30 days of the commencement of the Tour.
• 60% amount of the tour price excluding Train/Air tickets will be deducted if cancelled before 15 days of the commencement of the Tour.
• 75% amount of the tour price excluding Train/Air tickets will be deducted if cancelled before 7 days of the commencement of the Tour
• 85% amount of the tour price excluding Train/Air tickets will be deducted if cancelled before 3 days of the commencement of the Tour.
• No Refund is permissible if cancelled before two days of commencement of the Journey. 

3. Full advance amount will be refunded if the tour is cancelled by the company without any penalty or compensation.

4. If the tour is cancelled due to any unavoidable circumstances (like Strike, Natural Calamity, Cancellation of Train, etc.), Passengers shall have to pay 25% of the Tour Cost excluding Train/Air tickets.

5. if any Bus Tickets, Train Tickets/Flight tickets are booked, the cancellation of the same will be refunded as per the regulation of India Railways/Airlines operators/Bus Operators. TRC Tours & Travels will not be liable for refund of the cancelled tickets.

6. No refund in tour price will be allowed for the untravelled portion of the tour either of sickness or any other reason.

7. No claim for any rescheduling will be entertained when the passenger doesn’t arrive at the station/airport/bus stand before departure of the train/flight/bus for which reservation has been made. In such cases, passengers may join next of subsequent station at their own cost.

8. If complete payment is not received prior to 10 days of the journey, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be initiated.

শর্তাবলী

• EMI সুবিধা উপলব্ধ। যাত্রীদের 3000/- (মাত্র তিন হাজার) টাকা দিয়ে তাদের আসন বুক করতে হবে এবং বুকিংয়ের 15 দিনের মধ্যে বাকি অর্থের অন্তত অর্ধেক পরিশোধ করতে হবে। বাকি টাকা যাত্রার ৩০ দিনের আগে পরিশোধ করতে হবে
• আমরা নগদ/অ্যাকাউন্ট প্রাপক চেক/এন ই এফ টি/আর টি জি এস/ডিমান্ড ড্রাফ্ট/গুগল পে/পেটিএম/ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে অর্থপ্রদান গ্রহণ করি। অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্যের বিশদ বিবরণ নীচে দেওয়া হল।
• বাসে আসন বিন্যাস হবে অগ্রিম সিট রিজার্ভেশন অনুযায়ী |
• একা ভ্রমণ করলে অন্য এক বা দুই ব্যক্তির সঙ্গে হোটেলে রুম শেয়ার করতে হবে। কেউ যদি রুম শেয়ার করতে না চাইছেন সে ক্ষেত্রে তাঁকে হোটেলের রুমের সম্পূর্ণ ভাড়া দিতে হবে।
• সরকারি নিয়ম অনুযায়ী আমাদের সাথে ভ্রমণকারী যাত্রীদের তাঁদের সাথে অরিজিনাল ফটো আইডেন্টিটি কার্ড বহন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
• টিআরসি ট্যুরস অ্যান্ড ট্রাভেলস যাত্রীদের কোনও জিনিসপত্রের ক্ষতি বা ক্ষতির জন্য কোনও দায় স্বীকার করবে না |
• অনুগ্রহ করে একটি; স্যুটকেস এবং একটি হ্যান্ডব্যাগ শুধুমাত্র সফরের সময় সঙ্গে রাখবেন। যাত্রীদের তাদের নিজস্ব লাগেজ বহন করতে হবে অথবা যেখানে প্রযোজ্য সেখানে কুলিভাড়া ভ্রমণকারীকে বহন করতে হবে |
• তৎকালে ট্রেনে টিকেট বুকিংয়ের জন্য অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া লাগবে এবং তা ভ্রমণকারীকেই বহন করতে হবে।
• ট্যুর প্রোগ্রাম পরিবর্তন/বর্ধিত হতে পারে এক বা একাধিক কারণে । TRC ট্যুর এন্ড ট্রাভেলস এর জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
• বুকিংয়ের পরে পরিবহন খরচের কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে, সেই পার্থক্য যাত্রীকে বহন করতে হবে।
• ট্যুর চলাকালীন দুর্ঘটনা, চুরি, ডাকাতি বা অন্য কোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনার দ্বারা যাত্রীর জীবনের কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য টিআরসি ট্যুরস অ্যান্ড ট্রাভেলস দায়ী থাকবে না।
• যাত্রীদের তাদের নিজস্ব ওষুধ বহন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে |
• অ্যাডভেঞ্চার কার্যকলাপে অংশগ্রহণ ভ্রমণকারীর নিজস্ব ঝুঁকিতে হবে। কোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনার দ্বারা যাত্রীর জীবনের কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য টিআরসি ট্যুরস অ্যান্ড ট্রাভেলস দায়ী থাকবে না।
• হোটেলে সর্বদা পানীয় জল পাওয়া যাবে। হোটেলের বাইরে পানীয় জলের সরবরাহ শুধুমাত্র  হোটেলের বাইরে খাবার পরিবেশনের সময় হবে। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পানীয় জল বহন বা কেনার অনুরোধ রইলো ।

বাতিলকরণ নীতি

1. যাত্রীদের ব্যক্তিগতভাবে তার চিঠির সাথে বিল জমা দিতে হবে বা তাদের নিজস্ব ইমেল আইডি থেকে ইমেল করতে হবে যা বুকিংয়ের সময় নিবন্ধিত ছিল এবং বিলের স্ক্যান কপি সংযুক্তি হিসাবে পাঠাতে হবে। টেলিফোনিক নিশ্চিতকরণ কোনো অবস্থাতেই গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
   • ট্যুর শুরু হওয়ার 60 দিনের আগে বাতিল করা হলে ট্রেন/এয়ার টিকেট ব্যতীত ট্যুরের মূল্যের 25% পরিমাণ কেটে নেওয়া হবে।

2. বাতিলকরণ চার্জ:

• সফর শুরু হওয়ার 50 দিনের আগে বাতিল করা হলে ট্রেন/এয়ার টিকেট ব্যতীত ট্যুরের মূল্যের 40% পরিমাণ কেটে নেওয়া হবে ।
• ট্রেন/এয়ার টিকেট ব্যতীত ট্যুরের মূল্যের 50% পরিমাণ কেটে নেওয়া হবে যদি সফর শুরু হওয়ার 30 দিনের আগে বাতিল করা হয় ।
• ট্যুর শুরু হওয়ার 15 দিনের আগে বাতিল করা হলে ট্রেন/এয়ার টিকেট ব্যতীত ট্যুরের মূল্যের 60% পরিমাণ কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
• ট্যুর শুরু হওয়ার 7 দিনের আগে বাতিল করা হলে ট্রেন/এয়ার টিকেট ব্যতীত ট্যুরের মূল্যের 75% পরিমাণ কেটে নেওয়া হবে |
• সফর শুরু হওয়ার 3 দিনের আগে বাতিল করা হলে ট্রেন/এয়ার টিকেট ব্যতীত ট্যুরের মূল্যের 85% পরিমাণ কেটে নেওয়া হবে ।
• যাত্রা শুরুর দুই দিনের আগে বাতিল হলে কোনো টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না ।

3. কোম্পানির দ্বারা সফর বাতিল হলে কোনো জরিমানা বা ক্ষতিপূরণ ছাড়াই সম্পূর্ণ অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে ।

4. যদি কোনো অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতিতে (যেমন ধর্মঘট, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ট্রেন বাতিল, ইত্যাদি) কারণে সফর বাতিল করা হয়, তবে যাত্রীদের ট্রেন/এয়ার টিকেট ব্যতীত ভ্রমণ খরচের 25% দিতে হবে ।

5. যদি কোনো বাসের টিকিট, ট্রেনের টিকিট/ফ্লাইট টিকিট বুক করা থাকে, তাহলে ভারতীয় রেলওয়ে/এয়ারলাইনস অপারেটর/বাস অপারেটরদের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী সেটি বাতিল করে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। টিআরসি ট্যুরস অ্যান্ড ট্রাভেলস বাতিল করা টিকিটের টাকা ফেরতের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

6. অসুস্থতা বা অন্য কোন কারণে আংশিক সফরের জন্য সফর মূল্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।

7. যে ট্রেন/ফ্লাইট/বাসের জন্য রিজার্ভেশন করা হয়েছে সেই ট্রেন/ফ্লাইট/বাস ছাড়ার আগে যদি যাত্রী স্টেশন/এয়ারপোর্ট/বাস স্ট্যান্ডে না পৌঁছায় তাহলে পুনঃনির্ধারণের জন্য কোনও দাবি গ্রহণ করা হবে না। এই ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে, যাত্রীরা তাদের নিজস্ব খরচে পরবর্তী স্টেশনে যোগ দিতে পারে।

8. যদি ভ্রমণের 10 দিনের আগে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান না করা হয়, তবে বুকিং বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে এবং কোনও অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
